It is a neighbourhood in transition with several young families moving into the area as the original owners and long time residences are starting to down size. The boundries are Winston Churchill Blvd to the west, Erinmills Parkway to the east, Dundas St. to the north and the QEW to the south.

June started with 9 detached homes for sale in Sheridan Homelands.
As we moved from May a late Spring market and increased market activity, June indicated a return of buyer's confidence along with great mortgage rates stimulating the resale housing market, homes were selling again. We finished up July with a total of 10 sales for detached homes 1 cancelled listing and only 4 home on the market coming into August. Two of the four homes had only come on the market in the last few days of July the other 2 homes have been on the market for more than 60 days.
